Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or confirming a Model Portpoint booking, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to book. If you reserve for a group, you are responsible for sharing applicable attendance and cancellation terms with each participant.
Educational scope
Workshops, private sessions, articles, worksheets, and chart examples provide general technical analysis education. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; no communication creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. We do not recommend securities, execute trades, manage money, or guarantee results. You remain responsible for independent decisions and losses.
Bookings and conduct
A submitted enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs when we accept the date and issue written confirmation after any required payment. Participants must respect the instructor, venue, and other attendees. Recording, disruptive conduct, solicitation, and sharing another participant’s chart or comments without permission are prohibited. We may remove a participant for serious misconduct without refund.
Intellectual property
Model Portpoint owns or licenses the website copy, training structure, worksheets, chart annotations, and original teaching materials. A confirmed participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. You may not publish, resell, record, reproduce, or teach from them without written permission. Market names and third-party source material remain the property of their owners.
Availability and changes
We may correct website errors, replace substantially similar historical examples, or move a session where illness, venue failure, severe weather, transport disruption, or events beyond reasonable control prevent delivery. Cancellation and rescheduling remedies are set out in the Refund Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Model Portpoint is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, indirect loss, or decisions made from educational material. Our aggregate liability for a claim connected with a paid session will not exceed the fee you paid for that session. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

External links and public images are provided for context; we do not control third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or that every archived market fact remains current.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@modelportpoint.click. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand.
