Who the lab is for

The Context Lab suits self-directed traders who can identify basic candle anatomy but still hesitate over whether a hammer, engulfing candle, or doji matters. You may trade equities, indices, commodities, or currencies; the discipline of reading location and confirmation is the focus.

It is not a signal service, an introduction to opening a brokerage account, or personalised investment advice. Absolute beginners should first become comfortable with open, high, low, and close.

What happens in the room

We begin with six unlabeled chart extracts. Before naming a pattern, each participant marks the prevailing swing, nearest support or resistance, wick rejection, and the price that would invalidate the idea. The instructor, Pailin Rattanakul, then demonstrates a consistent annotation sequence.

The middle block uses twenty-four historical examples. Some patterns confirm; others fail or form in irrelevant locations. Working in pairs, you write a one-sentence reading before the next candles are revealed. The last hour is a chart clinic using examples brought by participants.

Included

  • A printed context worksheet and candle anatomy reference
  • Twenty-four replay charts drawn from liquid Thai and international markets
  • Instructor feedback on your annotations during the session
  • A clean practice set emailed after attendance
  • Tea, coffee, and a short midpoint break

Live trade calls, brokerage recommendations, recordings, and promises of performance are excluded.

Preparation and constraints

Bring a laptop or tablet, a pencil, and one historical chart that confused you. Remove account numbers and personal information from screenshots. We analyse completed market examples rather than placing trades. Instruction is in English, and the room is step-free from the building lift.

Your next step

Check the workshop schedule and send an enquiry with your preferred date. A place is held only after written confirmation. If your experience is unclear, describe the patterns you currently recognise and we will advise whether this is the right room.
