Group workshop cancellations
Email contact@modelportpoint.click from the booking address to request cancellation. For a scheduled Candlestick Context Lab or Reversal Confirmation Clinic:
- Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the start for a full refund.
- Cancel between 72 hours and 7 days before the start for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable because the limited seat and prepared materials cannot usually be reassigned.
Instead of cancelling, you may request one transfer to another published date if you contact us at least 72 hours beforehand and space exists. A transferred place becomes non-refundable, though another attendee may use it with advance notice.
Private sessions and group commissions
A one-to-one Chart Reading Desk may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later cancellation, rescheduling, or non-attendance is non-refundable once the instructor has reviewed submitted charts.
For a commissioned private group date, the quote will identify any deposit. Unless the quote states otherwise, the 40% deposit becomes non-refundable after venue commitment or custom chart preparation begins. If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is returned; after work starts, we may retain the reasonable amount covering completed preparation, non-recoverable venue charges, and purchased printed materials, and refund the balance.
When we cancel or alter delivery
If Model Portpoint cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or transfer of the entire fee to another date. If we must reschedule, you may accept the replacement date or request a full refund. A substitute central Bangkok room or substantially equivalent historical chart examples do not by themselves create refund eligibility, provided access and educational scope remain materially unchanged.
Refund process and timing
Include the participant name, session, date, and reason in your email. We acknowledge requests within two Bangkok business days and confirm the eligible amount before processing. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display funds. We do not issue cash or refund to a different person or account.
Exceptions
Where Thai consumer law requires a different remedy, that law prevails. We consider documented emergencies individually, but do not guarantee an exception. Trading outcomes, disagreement with market uncertainty, failure to complete exercises, transport delays, or a change of mind after attending do not qualify for refund.
No physical goods, subscriptions, downloadable products, or recurring memberships are sold under this policy.
